Learn the Signs. Act Early. It is important that parents and caregivers monitor the development of their child. Milestone monitoring tools are in the Blue Book which is given to every family after the birth of their child. These tools help parents track their child’s development. Parents should speak to a Child and Family Health Nurse located in Child and Family Health Centres or doctor if they have concerns about how their child is growing, developing or behaving.

The monitoring tools start at the 6-8 week health check. Go to Learn the signs. Act Early to find out more. Click on the image to enlarge.
